- Thermodynamics, Refrigeration and Energy Balances.
- Food Particle Sizing.
- Radiation Techniques for Food Processing.
Full Time: Minimum of three semesters and a maximum of four semesters.
Part Time: Minimum of four semesters and a maximum of six semesters.
Dissertation with three months Internship Inclusive.
M.Sc. Entry Requirement
Five O’ Level Credits in not more than two sittings in relevant science subjects including Mathematics, English language & Physics.
Minimum of 2nd Class (Hons) degree in Physics/Related Field from any recognized university or its equivalent.
Evidence of NYSC/Exemption Certificate for Nigerian students
The program emphasizes a strong foundation in Physics giving graduates in the course the fundamental and integrated knowledge in Food Physics applied to solving practical problems related to the production and safety of food and food ingredients in the Food Industry.
