- Molecular And Cellular Aspects of Postharvest Biology
- Postharvest Biology And Biotechnology of Fruits and Nuts
Full Time: Minimum of four semesters and a maximum of six semesters.
Part Time: Minimum of six semesters and a maximum of eight semesters.
Dissertation with three months Internship Inclusive
Entry Requirement and Career Prospect
O’Level Credits in not more than two sittings in relevant science subjects including Mathematics and English language (i.e Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics or Physics, English language and any other subject).
B.Sc with 2nd Class honours in Botany, Environmental Sciences, Biology or Biotechnology.
PGD in any of the life Sciences with CGPA of not less than 3.50 from any recognized university.
Evidence of NYSC/Exemption Certificate for Nigerian students
Graduates of the course can gain employment within the Post-harvest sector of agric/food industries such as with the transport and handling of fresh produce, major wholesale, retail and import/export organizations where produce quality is paramount and were supply objectives are on a global scale.
